So all day yesterday, she would roll over and cry until someone put her back on her back. Same thing today. Roll, cry, me get up and roll her back. This got old fast. Then, today, out of nowhere she was four feet away from the mat that I put her on. Soooooo, needless to say, she learned to roll herself back onto her back. She accomplished this in two days. Yikes. Time sure is flying this time around.
On another note, Carly hasn't been drinking her bottle very well, so we decided to start her on some rice cereal. I thought it might be too early, but looking at Connor's baby book, we fed him some at three months and Carly is almost four. So why not try it? She liked it ok. I don't know. It seems so early.
Connor really hasn't had any milestones lately. He does love playing outside. He loves baseball. Oh and swimming...Naked. We went to the park this morning to meet up with a playgroup. This park has both a playground and water park area. We went without the intention of Connor getting wet. Well, lets just say at 9:30 this morning, the car said it was 96 degrees outside. The playground equipment was way too hot to play on, so Connor went into the water with his regular clothes on. Right after he got his first spray of water on him, he tried stripping. I don't blame him, considering he swims naked at home. But I didn't let him. He just ended up soaking his play clothes and coming home afterward to swim naked in the backyard.
This is a picture of Connor from a previous visit to the park. We came prepared for him to get wet that time.
