Milestones #2

So, I had mentioned in the last post that Connor hadn't any current milestones. WELL, I just didn't wait long enough. On June 29th, Connor decided that he didn't want to wear diapers anymore and 'big boy underwear' was all he wanted.

I couldn't have been more excited! However, I didn't quite know what I was getting into. All I could think was," YES!! No more changing diapers and no more PAYING for two kids in diapers." I had no idea what was to come.

Connor caught on to #1 pretty well. So long as I remind him to go. He'll tell me once in a while, but so far it's been all me. OH and I was using the oven timer to time every 30 minutes so that I wouldn't forget. Needless to say, he is going to have to go potty every time we cook something now. Haha.

On to #2. He is having a hard time with this, which is a little frustrating. Yesterday, he went once at 3:30 in the morning in his nighttime diaper, once in his big boy underwear, once in the pool and once on the patio (he swims naked). I was gong nuts, but somehow found the patience to not throw a diaper on him. We'll see how the future goes.



This is how Connor likes to hang out in his new underwear. He's getting so big!
